2. No Refunds: Do to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased from www.michellethompsonart.com, except where required by law.

 

3. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at michelle@michellethompsonart.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund in compliance with applicable law. If you receive a damaged product caused in shipping, please take pictures of the packaging materials, etc. It is buyer's responsibility to contact the carrier to make a claim. Michelle Thompson and Michelle Thompson Art is not responsible for products damaged in shipment.

 

4. Cancelled Orders: Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
